BETTER EFFICIENCY,   the Buffer – A is  stainless steel buffer vessel for use with heat pumps. The Buffer-A increases heat pump efficiency by ensuring return water is as cool as possible by adding extra load to the heat pump via the buffer storage volume. Even when the space heating is satisfied on the room thermostat on some models, the heat pump may still run on, loading the buffer with highly efficient energy

BETTER COMFORT, the Buffer – A ensures the comfort levels in the home are ideal due to continued energy supply when heat pump is diverted elsewhere. It enables some space heating to continue when hot water priority is calling for heat-up. (This could divert the heat pump energy for well over an hour on some models). If a heat pump goes into defrost mode the energised buffer store can maintain some space heating, until the defrost cycle has finished. (around 15 mins)

QUICKER REACTION, when the space heat calls again the pre-heated buffer store can flood the space heating with energised water immediately reducing heat up lag. Particularly useful with radiators. Because some heat pumps with a buffer can run on longer even when there is no actual demand. It reduces the possibility of the heat pump being in an anti-cycling state of hibernation when the thermostats may call again. (up to 20 mins)
