OSO Hotwater uses data processors to collect, store or otherwise process personal data on our behalf. In such cases, we have entered into data processor agreements to ensure information security in all stages of the processing. All processing of personal data that we carry out takes place within the EU / EEA area.

4. Storage time

We store your personal information with us for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the personal information was collected.

  • We store information related to your customer relationship with us as long as the customer relationship is active and until all relevant relationships are finally terminated.
  • We store information related to your supplier relationship with us as long as the supplier relationship is active and until all relevant matters have finally been terminated.
  • Payment and invoice-related information can be stored for up to 5 accounting years after the end of the customer relationship, in accordance with the Accounting Act.
  • We may store personal information longer, if necessary to pursue any legal claims or to comply with legal obligations.

5. Your rights when we process personal information about you

You have the right to demand access, correction or deletion of the personal data we process about you. You also have the right to demand limited processing, direct objections to the processing and demand the right to data portability. We will respond to your inquiry to us as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days.
We may ask you to confirm your identity or provide additional information before we allow you to exercise your rights against us. We do this to make sure that we only give access to your personal information to you – and not someone who pretends to be you.

6. Complaints
