🎉 Welcome aboard! 🎉
We’re delighted to welcome Gary Muir and Richard Stubbs to the team as our newest members of the Sales team.
Both bring a wealth of experience, energy, and enthusiasm, and we’re really looking forward to the expertise and fresh perspective they’ll add as they get started. At OSO, collaboration and support are at the heart of what we do, and we’re excited to see Gary and Richard become part of that journey.

Richard joins OSO Hotwater with a strong background across the heating and plumbing sector. Over the past three and a half years, he worked for a boiler manufacturer, selling domestic and semi-commercial water heaters. Prior to this, Richard spent many years in management roles within P&H merchants, where he was involved in a number of sizeable projects that included OSO products — experiences that were consistently very positive.
Richard has a genuine passion for the industry and values how dynamic and constantly evolving it is. He strongly believes that building long-term relationships is key to success and enjoys working closely with customers across a wide range of projects.
Outside of work, family life plays a central role for Richard. He coaches his son’s football team, is a passionate Sheffield Wednesday supporter, and supports his daughter in her gymnastics. Between family commitments, there’s rarely a spare moment. Richard and his family also enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures.
Welcome aboard, Richard — we’re really looking forward to working with you and seeing the impact you’ll make. 🚀

Throughout his career, Gary has worked extensively with merchants, buying groups, housebuilders, and social housing associations, developing strong commercial relationships across the construction and housing sectors. He spent 13 years with an international wood-based materials manufacturer, holding a range of sales roles including account management, commercial sales, and distribution management.
More recently, Gary moved into the renewable heating sector, spending the past four years as a Heating Specification Manager specialising in heat pumps. In this role, he supported developers and social housing providers with project specifications, delivered training on heat pump technology and legislation, and provided on-site technical support to help ensure successful project delivery.
Outside of work, Gary keeps busy as a taxi driver for his two daughters, enjoys a round of golf, and loves spending time on the Northumberland coast with the family’s two dogs.
Welcome aboard, Gary — we’re really looking forward to working with you and seeing the impact you’ll make. 🚀
